This is possible by putting the data, of said risk assessment/asset register/logbook, into an import sheet which is then read by our software. This generates a complete digital logbook for immediate use.

You don’t need to be a high-end technician to use LegionellaDossier. Anyone can create locations and assign tasks on our platform. Yes, external remote IoT sensors, other than our own remote sensor Clip'R, are also able to integrate with LegionellaDossier. With our ‘open API’ you can integrate systems, such as hotel booking systems, IWMS, UKAS-accredited laboratories and many other systems used by our partners and their clients.

Remote sensors continuously measure and record the water temperature and usage in your pipes and sends the date to your online LegionellaDossier environment. Sensors take all data from the past week/month, analyze it, report the measurement task as completed (if the requirements are met) and automatically checks off your tasks in your digital logbook. All without doing any manual labour!

If the sensors measure a non-compliance, it will be reported so to the responsible person can take action. This way you always have real-time insights in Legionella control and your logbook is always up-to-date.
