Laboratory Integrations

Through our web application you can schedule sampling tasks, view the status of your samples and when the lab values are in, you can immediately see the results and communicate this to your clients.

Clear & easy overview of all water samples

If part of your legionella prevention plan is to take regular water samples, an integration with LD can save a lot of time. You can view test results as soon as they are in and they are automatically logged into the system, without the need to enter them manually. You can also advise your clients about their sample results and any follow-up required directly from within the LD environment.

Ensure samples are taken and results communicated

LD will let you know when it’s time to take a water sample. In the LD web environment you will be able to monitor the status of your samples. Once the results are in, you and everyone in your organisation who has access to LD will be able to view them immediately.

All samples and lab results are automatically stored in the system, so there’s no need to enter them manually. You can also advise your clients about their sample results and any follow-up required directly from within the LD environment.

Integrate your laboratories quickly & easily

Integrating LD with a laboratory is surprisingly easy: check if your laboratory has already joined LD. You can do so by logging into the LD web environment and viewing ‘laboratories’. A list of all laboratories that have joined LD will appear.

If your laboratory has already joined, you can ask them for login details. You can use these to finalise the integration and plan and view samples. Once the integration has been made, you can select service packages for different types of samples.
