Yes you are! If you want to create a digital logbook you can do this by uploading an old
risk assessment, asset register or logbook. This is possible by putting the data, of said
risk assessment/asset register/logbook, into an import sheet which is then read by our
software. This generates a complete digital logbook for immediate use.
You don’t need to be a high-end technician to use LegionellaDossier. Anyone can create locations and assign tasks on our platform. Our LD-Control app even contains instruction on how to perform control measures — no extra skills are required. If you do find yourself needing some help, feel free to reach out to our support page.

Remote IoT sensors
Yes, external remote IoT sensors, other than our own remote sensor Clip'R, are also able to integrate with LegionellaDossier. With our ‘open API’ you can integrate systems, such as hotel booking systems, IWMS, UKAS-accredited laboratories and many other systems used by our partners and their clients.
Remote sensors continuously measure and record the water temperature and usage in your pipes and sends the date to your online LegionellaDossier environment. Sensors take all data from the past week/month, analyze it, report the measurement task as completed (if the requirements are met) and automatically checks off your tasks in your digital logbook. All without doing any manual labour!
If the sensors measure a non-compliance, it will be reported so to the responsible person can take action. This way you always have real-time insights in Legionella control and your logbook is always up-to-date.
Circulation pipes are often difficult to reach; behind ceiling panels or in crawling spaces. With remote sensors, you only have to go there once every three years. Task executors often do not understand what things to read (which clock, which meter, etc.), so incorrect temperatures are often entered.

At first, our idea was to only work with LCA members, since they are certified by an
accredited/appointed organisation. But as we are starting to partner up with more and more certified organisations, we see that there are more reputable certifications, such as for example the WMSoc. We might even broaden our requirements in the near future to also enable other competent professionals to partner up with us.
Yes, the risk assessment generated after on-site inspection is compliant with all the L8 and HSG-274 guidelines. You can even add extra questionnaires to your risk assessment if you want to make it more extensive.
